Rooms may be cozy, but the chic decor and free coffee make up for it. Staff are friendly and efficient. Prime location near key attractions. The bed was heavenly, and the daily treats were a nice touch. Can't wait to return for another comfy stay!

No complains at all, the venue met requirements, would recomand it. For a 4 star hotel everything was good, I liked to be here. The rooms were stylish and immaculate with balcony kept by the accommodating staff.

The staff was welcoming, the room was beautiful, and the location was perfect. Although the shower floors could be cleaner, it didn't detract from my overall wonderful experience. I highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Manhattan!

The hotel had a Grab & Go service, which was great for quick meals and snacks. The location was perfect for exploring the city. Cons: Sometimes the water pressure in the shower was like a fancy dance routine, going from super hot to super cold in seconds. But hey, at least it kept things exciting!

During our visit to the city to explore popular attractions like Times Square and St Patrick's Cathedral, we had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was beautifully decorated and cozy, with a nice Nespresso coffee machine for a morning treat. The staff was accommodating, and the location made it easy for us to navigate the city and feel safe walking back in the evenings. Although there were minor issues like inconsistent water temperature and some noise from the heating unit, overall, we enjoyed our time at the hotel and would consider returning in the future.

The room at Pestana Park Avenue felt like a cozy, modern oasis in the bustling city. The Olympic Queen bed was super comfy and the small balcony was a nice touch. The flat-screen TV and free WiFi were great for relaxing after a day of exploring.

I personally found the European toiletries a bit too fragrant, but others might enjoy them.

The view from the room was breathtaking. The staff were EXCEPTIONAL, fun, and helpful. I'd return despite the small room size. Service was way better than the website photos.

The view from our balcony room on the 22nd floor was epic for our honeymoon, giving us a gorgeous sight of The Empire State Building. The self-serve breakfast with yummy pastries and bagels was a great way to start the day, keeping us fueled for exploring the city without having to leave early. The only downside was the slightly small size of the rooms, but it didn't bother us much as we were out and about most of the time. 🌟

Staying in this accommodation was a great choice! One of the highlights was the fantastic location, as everything was in a walking distance and it was easy to access the subway and get a taxi outside. The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom was spacious with an amazing shower. The facilities in the room including the plugs and the wifi were very useful and the windows blocked out noise very well.

I wish there were more places to store my clothes and luggage, as well as a freezer in the kitchen, but overall it was a very good stay.
